Simple Practices for a Lifetime of Joyful Knitting

Knitting is one of life's great pleasures. It invites us to slow down, create with our hands, and enjoy moments of quiet focus and connection.

But just as we care for our projects, it's important to care for ourselves.

My years of teaching yoga taught me that small, mindful habits can make a meaningful difference in how we move, feel, and experience the activities we love. While knitting and yoga may seem like very different pursuits, they share something beautiful in common, they both encourage us to be present, embrace the process, and find joy in the journey.

The Knitting Wellness Practices page is dedicated to helping you enjoy knitting comfortably and sustainably, so you can continue creating for years to come.
